Be a Hero! With Bandit and Amari!

I led a small team of animators to create an 8 minute animated short for a non-profit which outlined best practices for online safety. The final video will be shown to K-5 students in schools across the US. I was in charge of initial concept art, all storyboards, final artwork, asset creation, and animation direction. While the video consisted of very delicate subject matter, our approach was to keep the visuals light, engaging, and friendly. We achieved this through the use of playful character animations and backgrounds with a storybook aesthetic. I’m incredibly proud of the work the team and I put together and this is arguably the most important and meaningful project over the span of my career. It was an absolute joy to work on.
